Q2. Where are you based?
We are proudly based in Geneva, Switzerland, with a production network that spans three creative hubs:
USA & Hong Kong for our Basic Line
London for EQ | MONOLITH, where each couture piece is individually crafted by artisans.
Q3. How long will my order take to process and ship?
Basic Line:
Each product is made to order and shipped from our fulfillment centers in the USA or Hong Kong.
Production time: 2–5 business days
Delivery:
North America & Asia: 5–10 business days
Europe & Middle East: 7–15 business days
⚙️ Shipping rates for the Basic Line are fixed by our fulfillment partners and cannot be modified. These rates reflect authentic international logistics costs.
💌 Special Offer: Shipping on all Basic Line products is free worldwide for orders starting at $100 USD until November 30th 2025.
After this date, free shipping will apply only to orders within the USA.
Premium Line (EQ | MONOLITH):
Each couture piece is handmade in London and shipped with free express worldwide delivery — always.
Production: 3–7 business days
Delivery: 2–5 business days via FedEx, UPS, or DHL Express.
Q4. Can I return or exchange my order?
All items are made to order, created uniquely for each customer. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or color selection.
However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
After review, we will issue a free replacement or reprint at no additional cost.
💡 Both lines adhere to rigorous quality control standards. Replacements are only issued in verified cases of production error or damage.
Q5. Can I cancel my order?
Yes — you may cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided production has not yet begun.
Once production starts, orders cannot be canceled or modified, as they immediately enter the printing or crafting stage.
Basic Line: Production typically begins within 24–48 hours.
Premium Line (EQ | MONOLITH): Crafting in London often begins within hours of order confirmation.
If you wish to make changes, please contact us immediately after purchase.

Ships from London.
Always free worldwide express shipping.
Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country. For most destinations, these are prepaid to ensure smooth delivery.

Q9. What is your refund policy?
Because every product is made to order, refunds are only offered under the following conditions:
You cancel your order within 48 hours and production has not begun.
The item arrives damaged or defective (photo evidence required within 7 days).
In these cases, you will receive a full refund or replacement.
Beyond these scenarios, all sales are final due to the bespoke, made-to-order nature of our products.

すべての商品は受注生産のため、「サイズ違い」「イメージ違い」などの理由による返品・交換はできません。
