RETURNS & REFUNDS

All products are made to order, designed and crafted exclusively for each client.
For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size selection, or color preference.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@existentialquotes.com with clear photographs.
Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or reprint at no cost.

Order Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness and quality, production will not begin until 48 hours after your order is placed.
This period serves as your cancellation window.

If you cancel within 48 hours of purchase, a full refund will be issued automatically.
Once the 48-hour window closes, production is launched and no cancellation or refund can be processed, as your item will have entered fabrication or printing.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued through our Swiss banking system.
Once your refund is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only if:

• You cancel within the 48-hour window before production starts, or

• Your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted (photo evidence required within 7 days).

All other sales are final, as each piece is made to order with precision and intent.
